    is anybody really good at this stuff?

    my long form/great cycle is apparently 12.18.7.13.17 ... what does it all mean?

      there is a dreamspell interpretation of birthdates and also a long count version, in dreamspell i am an electric warrior but in the long count i am magnetic wind....it is kind of confusing and i'nm not sure exactly what the difference between the dreamspell and the original mayan long count but i'm sure there's lots of info for you on the internet. i have a mayan dreamspell calendar with me though so if you want to know for sure your dreamspell kin then let me know your birthdate and i'll calculate it for you!

        It's my understanding that dreamspell vs. long count,
        isn't about that at all...
        but rather,
        synergistic coexisting system components of a larger realm.
        [as much of a nutshell I can convey, without speaking beyond my knowing]

        The way I've related to the 'un-understood by me' is simple:

        What is true for me... what rings true... natural knowing (without necessarily being able to explain or express with words)

        Guess that's the nature of the Universe. The Myth. The Mystery. There for you to explore and discover...

        im a yellow rhythmic warrior in the dreamspell. much more romantic than my 3 - Imix (alligator) of the true mayan calendar. what i have discovered is that the dreamspell is a calender developed in the early 90s that is based on the mayan calendar in that it uses the 260 day cycle. aside from that it differs significantly and the mayan elders have asked the peoples of the world to recognize that the dreamspell is not their calendar. again, from various articles i learned that initially the creator(s) of the dreamspell claimed divine inspiration for their calender, that he was one of the mayan lords reincarnated and that all he did was according to divine plan. more recently, it seems he has accepted the criticism and stated his calender is not the mayan calender, but no less valid or useful in life. it seems that many people have adopted both and compared the two to the yin and yang energies, working them in symbiosis claiming they are greater together than the sum of their parts, apart.

        personally, although the mayan calender is less flattering, ill put my stock in those who have held the same traditions for millenia (based on cultures of intelligence beyond our knowing) as opposed to those for a decade...

      hey there ronin. i reckon i'm good at this. i AM rhythmic warrior so i may be able to really blow your mind! perhaps you can enlighten me too. ask me a specific question and i'll answer. or if you ask me to tell you what i have learnt over the past few years of studying this then i will. about the long count count - i can tell you one thing that should set your mind at rest.
      if i say: cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles within cycles etc - then you may not have any questions as to what 12.18.7.13.17 means. anyway - i'm at your service (i am rhythmic after all).

      I have been wondering for some time now how Dreamspell fits into my context for birthdays on the Mayan Calendar. The reason is that Dreamspell contradicts Ian Lungold's birthday converter which I bought on mayanmajix.com.

      Actually I found Tribe while doing research on this very topic and finding this very page.

      I follow www.mayanmajix.com/TZOLKIN/DT/DT.html every day. It is totally different from Dreamspell's count of every day.

      Are these two counts both true and just different ways of interpreting? Is there a conspiracy by Dreamspell to create confusion about information that can be so empowering?

    B'Elejeb' Ajmaq here, I used to be Yellow Selfexisting Warrior in the dremspell, till I heared from Dallman and read his book.
    Now I'm Yellow Solar Warrior, fortunatly I stayed Yellow Warrior, but my family mambers changed. First my father was Yell War, now my mother is.
    I keep playing with both counts but I tend to the long count by hart.
