    Thanks for the post!

I had posted a similar thread, and have now deleted (for corrections).

The links to calleman.com were bad, though the main page is functioning.

I also need to correct the link for the Long Count Signature generator (it was a loop!).

    Anyway,

the 'simple' explanation of Dreamspell vs. Long Count (classic maya) is 'female vs. male' or 'intuitive vs. action'

It seems there is 'value' to be found with both systems... they are part of a greater whole... and their intersection, is supposed,
    to be synergistic...

    My mind is open:

    I can identify as both-

    (Dreamspell)
White SelfExisting WorldBridger 'I Define, in order to Equalize'

    (Classic Long Count)
White Solar WorldBridger 'I Pulse Intention, in order to Equalize'

How does it calculate for you?

i dont know why the first link didnt work, i just followed it successfully. its funny you say the dreamspell is the feminine, when it was primarily pushed by a man. Calleman says the following about it (from the first link):

"How Mayan is then this system? Except for the signs and symbols used in the tzolkin count (260-day count) it is not Mayan at all. To begin with the ancient Maya followed a moon cycle alternating between 29 and 30 days, as did many other peoples, creating a mean of 29.5 days. This is consistent with the female cycle. Yet, many women have, partly because of the perturbations of their cycles due to the artificial lights and artificial hormones present everywhere in the modern world, come to believe that a “normal” period is 28 days. This idea is really a construct of patriarchal medicine that for ages has been frightened by what it has perceived as a magical link between the woman and the full moon cycle of about 29.5 days. Still today many women, as well as also many men, have special feelings linked to their hormones on days of full moon. The Thirteen Moon calendar thus ignores the female natural cycle and seeks to replace it with a mathematical construct of 28 days, that does not correspond to any natural cycle."

i dont know how much i agree with men having an evil plot to confuse women's cycle off the moon, but its still an interesting point.

if the link doesnt work, follow this path from the main page (www.calleman.com):

click on the drop down menu -> "Dreamspell is a" and it should take you to another article that is similar but seems newer and better written.
